Recommended dosage 0.5% – 2%. Salicylic acid powder does not dissolve in water, it dissolves in hot carrier oils, propylene glycol,glycerine or propanediol. Optimal pH of DIY products is between 3-4.
Salicylic Acid can be mixed with other cosmetic ingredients like Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Niacinamide and Glutathione.
