What we collect

When you order we collect your name, email address, mobile number and, for Paxi or PostNet deliveries, your chosen pickup point. For Aramex delivery we collect your street address, suburb, postal code and province, plus any optional unit or company details you provide. If you join our newsletter we store your email address.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, contact you about it, and — if you opted in — send you news and offers. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Aramex, Paxi or PostNet (to deliver your order) and our secure cloud hosting provider (Amazon Web Services).

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used — for example which pages and products are viewed and how many orders are placed — so we can improve the store. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We never send it your name, email address, phone number or delivery address. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
